The Punto Zero project in Zone 10 of Guatemala is an urban oasis inspired by Guatemalan nature and pyramids. It consists of four modular buildings, each with approximately 20 levels. The lower levels house commercial spaces, followed by offices, and the upper levels feature residences with panoramic views.
Sustainability is a priority in this project, with prefabricated constructions that reduce waste and execution time, minimizing environmental impact. Multiple configurations of residential units are offered, all designed with efficient climate control, taking advantage of natural light and passive ventilation strategies.
The architecture incorporates passive shading systems and high ceilings that optimize the building's natural conditioning. Additionally, it focuses on environmental sustainability, landscaping, urban furniture, lighting, and accessibility. The finishes are characterized by diversity, terraces, and natural materials, creating modern and elegant spaces with a strong character and shared areas.
