Upper East Tower is part of the MMG Center, along with the renowned MMG Tower.  MMG Center is a mixed use Project which fosters walkability by having the workplace, residences, and retail in close proximity.  Upper East Tower has a LEED pre-certification and the highest standards of design and life style.

The aim of the project was to create a desirable place to live that balances usable private space with high quality public space.
